Shipping Policy

All small package orders are shipped FOB factory, FedEx Ground.

If another small package carrier is requested, your account number must be provided.

Zones differ for ground services outside the continental United States. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, contact Mary Ann for a freight quotation.

FOB factory shipping charges will be added to the invoice. A complete street address must be supplied. Shipments cannot be made to a post office box.

C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

The PenMaster is not responsible for delayed shipments that are given to the carrier on time.

Any claims concerning damaged merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. The goods and the original packaging must be made available for inspection.

Any claims concerning lost merchandise must be made to The PenMaster within two weeks.

All standard ground parcel rates are subject to change without notice.

Split Shipments / Drop Shipments

No additional charges for split shipments or drop shipments, provided all addresses are specified at the time of order receipt.

Individual mailings or master packing will be quoted on request.

On split shipments, each release must meet minimum order size and be scheduled for delivery in the current calendar year.

Rush Shipments

We make every effort to accommodate orders needed sooner than published lead times.

Orders required in less than the standard lead time will be subject to a rush charge of $30. Orders qualifying for 24 Hour Service will incur a processing fee of $50 to cover additional costs incurred, but will not be subject to the rush charge.
