What happens after you get in touch

Send us your requirements and we will read the brief properly, then email you an exact price and a delivery date — usually within four to six hours. You are not committing to anything by asking. Plenty of people contact us to find out what something would cost and then order weeks later, or not at all. That is fine.

What to include

The more you tell us up front, the faster and more accurate the quote. Where possible, send:

• The assignment brief — the actual document from your department, not a summary of it.
• Your deadline, including the time of day it is due.
• Word count, and whether that is a firm limit or a guide.
• The marking rubric if you have one. This is the single most useful thing you can send us.
• Referencing style — Harvard, APA, MLA, Chicago, Vancouver or another.
• Any set reading your tutor expects you to draw on.

If you do not have all of that yet, message us anyway. We can work out the rest between us.

The quickest way to reach us

WhatsApp is fastest, and it is what most students use — you can send photos of a handout or a screenshot of a brief straight from your phone. Use the green button in the corner of any page, or message +49 1521 3962850.

A few things worth knowing

Urgent deadline? Say so in your first message. Our fastest standard turnaround is one to two days. If your deadline is tighter than that, ask before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done properly in the time available.

Not sure what you need? That is a common reason to get in touch. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you which service fits — sometimes the answer is proofreading what you have already written rather than starting again, which costs considerably less.
