Every review on this page was submitted by somebody we have actually worked for. We do not buy reviews, we do not write them ourselves, and we do not offer discounts in exchange for one, because a review that was paid for tells you nothing about whether the work is any good.
How reviews get here. When a project is delivered we send one request, with a link to the form at the bottom of this page. Clients can rate the work and say what they want. Nothing is filtered out for being critical, and where somebody has raised a fair problem we would rather answer it publicly than remove it.
Why the list is not enormous. We are a small team and we ask once. Plenty of clients never get round to it, which is normal. A page carrying several hundred uniformly glowing reviews from a business of this size would tell you more about the reviews than about the business.
What happens if the work is not what I asked for? You tell us and we revise it. Revisions are included as long as the brief has not changed, and there is no cap on reasonable rounds. If you send new requirements halfway through, that is a different job and we will say so rather than quietly absorbing it and rushing the rest.
Will anybody know I used a writing service? We do not publish client names, institutions or project details, and nothing you send is shared or reused. The sample papers on this site are published with permission and anonymised.
Is the work original? Everything is written from scratch for you. We do not resell, recycle or work from a bank of previous pieces, which is the mechanism behind most plagiarism problems with cheaper services. If you want a similarity report before delivery, ask and we will run one.
Do you use AI to write it? No. The work is written by our team. We are candid about this because the alternative is easy to detect and increasingly easy for universities to act on, and there is a fuller account of how that detection actually works in our guide on AI detection at university.
What if I miss my deadline because you are late? We have not missed one, and if a deadline is genuinely at risk we tell you early rather than on the day. Where a timeline is too tight to do properly, we decline it at the enquiry stage instead of accepting the work and hoping.
Can I speak to the person writing it? Yes. You deal with the same person from enquiry through to delivery rather than a rotating support queue.
